620-252-6160 The Coffeyville Police Department is comprised of 26 sworn officers, eight civilian personnel, one animal control officer and one K-9 and serves approximately 13,000 residents in Coffeyville, Kansas. Coffeyville is located in the southeast corner of Montgomery County 70 miles north of Tulsa, OK, and 120 miles southeast of Wichita, KS. The Police Department in Coffeyville also serves as the 911 Communications Center for the southern half of Montgomery County, dispatching law enforcement, fire and EMS services for the City of Coffeyville and residents in southern Montgomery County. Coffeyville Police Department Communications handled over 21,000 calls for service in 2006. The Coffeyville Police Department is led by Chief of Police Joe Humble. Chief Humble is a 30-year veteran of law enforcement. The Department is organized into two divisions: Field Services and Support Services. The Field Services Division is headed by Commander Mike Adcock and includes Patrol, Special Operations and Animal Control. Support Services includes Investigations, Records and Communications.
