Following the addition of the front nine holes, the back nine holes - the original course designed by Perry Maxwell - received major renovation. Improvements included recoring and reconstruction of all nine greens, the addition of new tee boxes, the rebuilding of existing tee boxes and the installation of a new irrigation system.
