Functions
Coffeyville Municipal Light & Power (CMLP) has a long-term power supply contract with the Grand River Dam Authority to purchase electricity to supply the electric demands of our customers as it is more cost effective to purchase power than to generate. During the summer months, however, CMLP generates electricity.
