Coffeyville Municipal Light and Power (CMLP) has been providing electricity for customers in a 67 square mile area since 1901. CMLP maintains 6 substations, 200 miles of distribution lines and 16 miles of transmission lines.

During 2018, Coffeyville tracked 82 reported outages with 24% of those due to birds and animals, 18% due to equipment and repairs; 15% due to trees; 13% weather related and the rest due to other causes such as human interference, accidents or unknown causes.

This resulted in electricity flowing to our customers 99.9989% of the time.
