Receive your paperless utility bill by email as soon as it has been calculated. You will also receive all inserts by email. Once you sign up for paperless billing, you will no longer receive utility bills by mail. If your email address changes or you no longer wish to receive your bills electronically, it will be your responsibility to notify the Customer Service Office at 620-252-6100 or email Paperless Billing. Failure to receive a bill does not entitle payment without penalty.
